Gujarati cuisine varies widely in flavour and heat, depending on a family's tastes as well as the region of Gujarat to which they belong. North Gujarat, Kathiawad, Kachchh, Central Gujarat and South Gujarat are the five major regions of Gujarat that contribute their unique touch to Gujarati cuisine. Many Gujarati dishes are distinctively sweet, salty, and spicy simultaneously.

Kathiyawadi cuisine – a spicy and fiery cuisine that hails from an Indian western state Gujarat. Kathyiawad is comprised of Saurashtra region with major cities such as Porbandar, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Rajkot and Junagadh. It is one of the oldest cuisines of India that is gaining popularity for a wholesome, fresh meal made with simple ingredients that are readily available.

Punjabi cuisine is a culinary style originating in the Punjab, a region in the northern part of the Indian subcontinent, which is now divided in an Indian part and a Pakistani part. This cuisine has a rich tradition of many distinct and local ways of cooking. One is a special form of tandoori cooking that is now famous in other parts of India, UK, Canada, Hong Kong and in many parts of the world.

South Indian food has earned much fame across the globe, particularly for scrumptious dishes like Dosa, Vada, Idli, Uttapam and Sambar. South Indian meals comprise cuisines of five South Indian states namely Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, along with several local cuisines within these states.

Lebanese cuisine is the culinary traditions and practices originating from Lebanon. It includes an abundance of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and seafood. Poultry is eaten more often than red meat, and when red meat is eaten, it is usually lamb and goat meat. It also includes copious amounts of garlic and olive oil, often seasoned by lemon juice. Chickpeas and parsley are also staples of the Lebanese diet

Italian food is bold and satisfying without being heavy. It’s rich and textural and uses a whole palette of flavors. Italian cuisine is one of the oldest in the world, whose recipes are passed down from generation to generation and reflect the differences between each of its regions. Most of their dishes follow strictly traditional ingredients , though some, such as pizzas or pasta, are recreated to fit more successfully into our modern personality.

Mexican cuisine is a complex and ancient cuisine, with techniques and skills developed over thousands of years of history.[4] It is created mostly with ingredients native to Mexico, as well as those brought over by the Spanish conquistadors, with some new influences since then. This includes street foods, such  tacos, tortas, soup, sopes, tlacoyos, tlayudas,  gorditas and sincronizadas.[14] For most dishes, it is the type of chile used that gives it its main flavor.[13] Chipotle, smoked-dried jalapeño pepper, is very common in Mexican cuisine.

Continental food refers to dishes made and consumed in the European countries. Dishes of French, Spanish and Italian cuisine fall under the category of ‘Continental food’. The key specialty of this food is, they concentrate more on ingredients like olive oil, wine, herbs and minimal spices

The stretch from east Siberia south all the way to Indonesia including Mongolia, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and China, makes the geographical area for the word “The Orient”. Oriental cuisine almost always refers to Asian cooking from the Far East region. Cuisine from Southeast Asia also qualifies as Oriental food, with Thai and Vietnamese being the two that are most well known in Western nations.
